Terms of Service

Welcome to NexSell! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NexSell platform, including digital product hosting, sales, affiliate marketing, and payouts. By registering an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Types & Responsibilities

NexSell provides a multi-role ecosystem to cater to different digital creators and marketers:

• Sellers: Creators who upload and sell digital products (e.g., PDFs, software, templates). Sellers are fully responsible for the legality and ownership of the content they upload.
• Affiliates & Influencers: Marketers who promote NexSell products using unique tracking links.
• Buyers: Users purchasing digital goods. All purchases are for personal or specified commercial use as dictated by the Seller.

2. Product Uploads & Content Policy

Sellers must ensure their digital products comply with international copyright laws. NexSell prohibits the uploading of:

• Stolen, pirated, or unauthorized copyrighted materials.
• Malicious software, viruses, or illegal tools.
• Content that violates explicit local or international laws.

NexSell reserves the right to manually review, approve, reject, or permanently delete any product that violates these terms without prior notice.

3. Seller Plans & Subscriptions

NexSell operates on a tiered subscription model, affecting payout limits and platform fees:

• Free Plan: Basic access with standard platform fees. Minimum withdrawal amount: $30.00.
• Little Investor: Premium features with reduced fees. Minimum withdrawal amount: $15.00.
• AI Investor: Elite features, priority automated marketing via our external networks (Make.com integration), and lowest minimum withdrawal amount: $5.00.

4. Payouts & Funds Holding Policy

To protect buyers and ensure platform integrity, NexSell enforces a strict fund clearance policy:

• Holding Period: All generated funds (from sales or affiliate commissions) are subject to a standard 14-day clearance period.
• Trusted Sellers: Promoted sellers with excellent track records may have their holding period reduced to 7 days at the administration's discretion.
• Withdrawal Methods: Cleared funds can be withdrawn via USDT (TRC20), Bitcoin, PayPal, or Payoneer.
• Payout requests are processed manually by our finance team to ensure security. Fraudulent activity will result in immediate fund freezing and account termination.

5. Affiliate & Influencer Program

Registered affiliates and verified influencers are provided with custom tracking codes (e.g., REF_*** or INF_***). Affiliates earn commissions based on successful, cleared transactions.

Spamming, misleading claims, or utilizing unauthorized trademark bidding to generate affiliate sales is strictly prohibited and will result in commission forfeiture.

6. Refunds & Buyer Disputes

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded. Exceptions are made strictly in cases where:

• The file is demonstrably corrupt or undeliverable.
• The product explicitly misrepresents its contents.

In the event of a PayPal or credit card dispute, NexSell reserves the right to hold the Seller's funds until the dispute is resolved.

7. Account Termination

NexSell reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Seller or Affiliate account immediately if we detect suspicious activity, excessive chargebacks, or violations of our Terms of Service.
